La casa della Luce

L’abitazione si presentava già ristrutturata, ma non seguiva i gusti del cliente, anche perché, nonostante fosse molto luminosa, le finiture che presentava non esaltavano la luce che letteralmente inondava questo appartamento.

Pertanto, dopo un’attenta analisi dei gusti e della disponibilità economica, è stato pensato un restyling non troppo invasivo e che ha previsto un intervento importante sugli impianti (in modo da permettere un buon miglioramento energetico ed un grosso risparmio sui consumi), il cambio dei colori delle pareti, la realizzazione di controsoffitti per nascondere il sistema di aerazione canalizzato (in pompa di calore) e per inserire faretti a led, e la ristrutturazione completa del bagno, mentre i pavimenti in marmo sono stati conservati e lucidati.

Si è ottenuta così un’ottima unione fra classico e moderno, la quale fa risaltare ancor di più i due stili, oltre che dare alla casa la luce che merita.

The house was already renovated, but did not follow the client's tastes, also because, despite being very bright, the finishes it presented did not exalt the light that literally flooded this apartment.

Therefore, after a careful analysis of tastes and financial availability, a not too invasive restyling was planned and which provided for an important intervention on the systems (in order to allow a good energy improvement and a big saving on consumption), the change the colors of the walls, the creation of false ceilings to hide the ducted ventilation system (heat pump) and to insert LED spotlights, and the complete renovation of the bathroom, while the marble floors have been preserved and polished.

An excellent union between classic and modern has thus been obtained, which makes the two styles stand out even more, as well as giving the house the light it deserves.
